Erika Shirer

Erika Shirer is a fourth-year honors student at the University of Arkansas majoring in animal science on a pre-veterinary track. She presented her research at the 2024 American Society of Animal Science Midwest Section Meeting in Madison, Wisconsin. Erika was selected as a recipient of the 2024 Student Undergraduate Research Fellowship Grant. She holds officer positions for the Pre-Veterinary Club, Women’s Ice Hockey Club, Twin Club, and is an Honors College Ambassador.
