Danny Ahern, a Research Technologist at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln School of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, joined the Desaulniers lab in January 2024. He earned his MS in Animal Science, focusing on reproductive physiology, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. During his graduate work, he researched Kisspeptin-Knockout pigs, a “castration-free” model for puberty onset.
