Anna Kobza, M.S. is a Ph.D. student and graduate research coordinator in beef cattle metabolism at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She recieved her Master's from West Texas A&M University where her research was focused on starch dilution in feedlot finishing diets. Her current research involves studying alternative sources of supplemental fat in feedlot finishing diets and novel feed additives aimed to improve fat digestibility.
